450 gms Paneer(milk casein).
350 gms potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes.
3 large Onions, coarsely chopped.
5 tbsp Ghee or Butter
4 green Cardamom
2 Cloves
4 sticks of cinnamon
2 Bay leaves
6 tsp of Ginger paste
5 tsp Jira (Cumin) powder.
3 tsp Dhania (Corriander) powder
3 tsp Kashmiri Chilly powder.
2 tsp Haldi(Turmeric) powder.
2 green Chilly finely chopped
400gms of whisked Yoghurt.

Preparation
cut the Paneer into 1 inch cube and sprinkle a pinch of Turmeric powder over the cubes and toss. Heat the oil and fry the Paneer till light brown. Take the cubes out after draining the oil and keep aside. Similarly fry the potato cubes to golden brown and keep aside. In the heated oil, add Cardamom,Clove, Cinnamon and the Bay leaves.
