4.Chicken Rezella:-
Ingredients
One kg chicken leg(drum stick)
450 ml Butter Oil.
500 grms Onion, cut in to rings.
500 grms Coriander leaves, chopped.
750 grms plain Curd, whisked.
100 grms Garlic paste.
8-10 Green chilly, cut lengthwise.
5 sticks of Cinnamon
10 Green Cardamom.
5 Black Cardamom.
10 Cloves.
100 grms Mint leaves.
Preparation:
Heat butter oil in a pressure cooker, add cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves. Fry the onion till golden brown. Add chicken legs and stir well. Add garlic paste and green chilly stir and add entire quantity of whipped curd, stir well for 3-5 minutes then add coriander and mint leaves, stir well and cover. Cook under pressure for 7-10 minutes.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
