3.Shrimp Creole
Ingredients:-
3 lbs peeled & de-veined shrimp.
¾ cup oil,
¾ cup Flour.
2 finely chopped onion.
1cup chopped celery.
2tbsp garlic finely chopped.
1 ½ cup tomato sauce.
1cup chopped green onion.
4cup shrimp stock.
9. Black paper.
salt to taste.
Preparation :-
In a heavy bottom saucepan heat oil over medium heat. Add flour ,stirring constantly until light brown color achieved. Add onion, celery, garlic & chopped green onion. Sauté for 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce, salt to taste
and mix well. Add shrimp stock little at a time and cook for 10 minutes. Add already boiled shrimps and cook for 5 minutes. If the mixture becomes too thick , add little more stock.
Garnish with parsley and dash of Tabasco sauce. Serve over white rice.
