Chak's Baby Corn Pakora


Ingredients :-

6 Baby corns cut into 1” pieces.
2 cups of white flour.
1 cup of Corn flour.
½ tsp Baking powder.
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilly powder.
1 Egg
½ tsp Black Pepper powder.
Salt to taste.
Oil for deep frying.

Preparation :- Mix white flour, corn flour and baking powder with required amount of salt. Add black pepper and chilly powder as per taste. Add the egg and mix well . add water little at a time and mix well ,at the end you should have a thick  paste of flowing consistency, somewhat like cake batter. More you mix the better the batter. Heat the oil in deep pan on high heat. Dip the baby corn pieces in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.

Serve with any hot spicy sauce. Is great as a snack
